This Privacy Policy describes how VibeIt ("VibeIt," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, collects, uses, processes, and shares your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

- Profile Information: If you are a Creator or a Subscriber, you may provide additional profile details such as a username, display name, biography, profile picture, banner image, and links to social media.
- Payment Information: When you make a payment (as a Subscriber) or receive a payout (as a Creator), we collect necessary financial details such as billing address, credit/debit card information (processed securely by our Payment Gateways, we do not store full card numbers), bank account details, and tax-related information (for Creators).
- Content and Communications: Information you upload, post, create, or transmit on the Platform, including messages, comments, images, videos, audio files, and any content you submit to support channels.
- Communications: Records of your correspondence with our customer support team or other VibeIt representatives.
1.2. Information We Collect Automatically (Usage Data): When you access or use our Platform, we automatically collect certain information about your device and activity:
- Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile device identification numbers (e.g., IMEI), network information, and language settings.
- Usage Information: Details about how you use the Platform, including the pages you visit, the features you use, the content you view, the time and date of your visits, and the referring URL.
- Location Information: General geographic location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your Browse behavior, recognize you, remember your preferences, and improve your user experience. - Payment Gateways: We receive confirmation and transaction details from Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) regarding your deposits, subscriptions, and payouts, but not your full financial account numbers.
- Social Media: If you choose to register or log in using a third-party social media service (e.g., Google, Facebook), we may receive certain information from your social media account, such as your profile name and email address, as permitted by your settings on that service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- To Provide and Operate the Platform: To create and manage your account, process transactions (subscriptions, payments, payouts), deliver content, and provide customer support.
- To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the content and features you see, recommend Creators or Content, and remember your preferences.
- To Improve and Develop the Platform: To understand how users interact with our services, troubleshoot problems, perform data analysis, research, and develop new features or services.
- For Communication: To send you service-related notifications, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. We may also send you promotional communications about VibeIt or Creators that may interest you (you can opt-out of marketing communications).
- For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the security and integrity of our Platform, prevent fraudulent activities, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and detect and prevent unauthorized access or use.
- For Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests, including identity verification (KYC) for Creators and reporting to tax authorities.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users:
- Creators: If you are a Subscriber, your username may be visible to the Creator you subscribe to.
- Subscribers: If you are a Creator, your profile information and public Content will be visible to all users of the Platform.
- With Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These providers have access to your information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Protect and defend the rights or property of VibeIt.
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Platform.
- Protect the personal safety of Users of the Platform or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.

- Account Deletion: You may request to delete your account by contacting our support team. Please note that some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes after account deletion.
- Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you choose to disable cookies, some parts of the Platform may not function properly.
- Marketing Communications: You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.
- Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. VibeIt does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
8. Children's Privacy
VibeIt is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
